Great customer service I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Atlantic Honda and a certain number of service visits (oil changes) are included. Advantage Toyota had great cus I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Atlantic Honda and a certain number of service visits (oil changes) are included. Advantage Toyota had great customer service and was very efficient. The wait time was a little long (about 2.5 hours) but I did go on a Saturday and didn't get there until 10:30am. I took advantage and went shopping and had lunch at the Green Acres Mall right across the parking lot! More

FIRST TIME SERVICE Everyone at the Service Department was excellent, knowledgeable and very willing to help. My only issue is the wait time. I came in at 7:00AM and each time I was taken immediately. The whole process took only 45 minutes. They even offered to wash my car - no cost!. Shuttle service to my office was available to me. I have used it in the past but these two times it was not necessary. Keith Llits was your associate with whom I worked on both days. He was courteous and friendly, as I've found with other staff members during my previous visits. Well done. More
