We are very pleased with the car. We knew we were on a deadline, but offered to come back after dr appt. Instead they rushed to finish and get us in to the new car. This was my first time buying a car in more than 10 years. I appreciated everyone at the dealer who made this process as simple and transparent as it could be. Did a good job changing the oil. HOWEVER I WILL NOT RETURN. The reason being I have to drive 100 miles round trip and it’s not cost effective. I can buy the oil and filter at Walmart HOWEVER I WILL NOT RETURN. The reason being I have to drive 100 miles round trip and it’s not cost effective. I can buy the oil and filter at Walmart, have the tires rotated and it will save me money. This is based on the fact that my car depreciates at $.50/mile according to the IRS. I also have to waste half a day for the “free” oil change. I’ve told numerous Adventure Subaru personal to put a small service facility in Fort Smith and have NEVER heard any feedback. So I guess it fell on deaf ears. Obviously you’re not concerned so you will reap what you sow. Thank you Lloyd Hanning More
