It’s concerning that reaching a service technician was such a challenge and that your oil change took longer than expected, without the usual amenities like a car wash or battery charge. These aren’t the standards we set for our service department, and I deeply regret that we fell short, especially in comparison to the service you’re accustomed to with your BMW.
