Michael is always friendly and eager to help in any way he can. The shuttle drivers are also very helpful in getting my wife and myself to and from a local shopping mall. We bought our Chrysler Town & Country from Airpark Chrysler and have always been treated very fairly. It was a pleasure in dealing with all the personal at the dealership. We have a closer dealership but drive an extra 20 or so miles to have our vehicle serviced at Airpark Chrysler. More

The service rep has been very courteous and informative and does not seem to mind if I ask questions about the service that is being done on my car. I prefer to support my dealer, but price matching is important, or at least be competitive. I do understand you have to make some money to stay in business. I was mislead with my extended warranty. I had problem with my glass since I bought it. They were aware of the problem and they said that it was not cover when I was told with this warranty the covertibl with my glass since I bought it. They were aware of the problem and they said that it was not cover when I was told with this warranty the covertible part will be cover. The first time I take my car to get service I was over charged for a oil change. They charged my $906 making my checking account negative. I was sold that I will receive a call from management but I never did. I had to call and even then they did not care.I will be filling a complaint with the better business and I will be sent letter to their upper management. More

Brought car in for head liner repair got mit back and it was not fixed ! asked to see the manager I was told go ahead . No effort to get the manager or talked to the manager just she is over there. had to l was not fixed ! asked to see the manager I was told go ahead . All this could have been avoided if the car was inspected prior to calling me and haveing me come out. Service advisors need to inspect the cars before handing them back to the customor.
