We live in Port Townsend , WA and of course Airport Cadillac is in Medford, OR – about 500 miles away. I was having a hard time finding the car with the color combination and accessories we wanted without having to build one. I found that the Airport dealership had the exact model we wanted. talked first with Brian Schottle and he had me work with Jen. This process was all done by phone and email. It was so painless. It was amazing! Jen stayed in contact to make sure everything was what we wanted in the car. Her contact with us was very well balanced and kept the process moving at the right pace. No xxxxx were dropped. After receiving the car I called Jen a couple of times with questions and she took the time to solve everything for me.
