I emailed a couple of dealerships regarding the value of my Honda in trade. The Chevy salesman, Joel, phoned me back immediately. Good for him. I came right over and we did the deal. On January 2 the other dealership phoned and I told them they were too late. Too bad for them. I was very pleased with the value given for my trade-in and the discount given on my new Chevy Sonic. I couldn't be happier. The deal went quickly and smoothly, with no surprises. I was out the door with my brand new Sonic just a couple of hours later. More
Honesty, integrity We were out of town and desperately had to replace our suburban. We called to speak with the sales rep at Airport. He took about an hour to search local and nationwide stock and called back to tell us we should by at the out-of-town dealer because it was a great price for a year old suburban with low mileage. He also told us what "glitches" to watch for and to insist it came with a certified pre-owned warranty and that we did not have to pay the California sales tax. Airport lost that sale but they gained a faithful customer. We've bought 4 vehicles and have been very happy. More

Customer Service I brought my 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe in for maintenance services. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who assisted me and my disabled passenger. She e I brought my 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe in for maintenance services. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who assisted me and my disabled passenger. She escorted me to the gentleman who was in charge of my service. My passenger and I waited in the comfortable lounge, which was set up for customer hospitality with a coffee/drink bar and a large screen TV. During my wait it was discovered that my back brakes were completely shot. The brake pads were brought to me so I could see how defective they were, which explains the squeak I was hearing while driving. With all my services, my wait was just over an hour. I found this to be totally acceptable since I had to have the back brakes replaced. We couldn't have been more comfortable and the people in the Service Department couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Tammy in Customer Service was great! I love speaking with someone who has a sense of humor and will play phone tag with you. Thanks Airport Chevrolet for your kindness! A shout out to Levi, who sold me my Tahoe.....you da bomb, dude!!! They were aware I was on my way to purchase the vehicle. Called me when I was nearly there to inform me it was gone and I could look at something else. Just the absolute worst,waste of a 3 hour drive from rural Oregon. All they could say was" sorry but its just business" . Well I'm sorry you guys have NO INTEGRITY, none. You just don't do that to people. 63 year old army Vet here I Implore you to stay away from these crooks. More

Not willing to offer any deals I went to this dealership to explore their inventory; as I was trying to narrow down my buying options to just a couple vehicles. The initial person I went to this dealership to explore their inventory; as I was trying to narrow down my buying options to just a couple vehicles. The initial person who helped me at first seemed helpful, but then he wasn't aware of the cost of each vehicle, so he passed me on to another individual who could answer my questions about pricing. (note, it's fairly weird that this dealership does not have any pricing on their used car inventory) After being informed of the pricing on the vehicles I was interested in, I explained the offer I received at another dealership that was a good offer on a comparable vehicle that they had. They never bothered offering me any incentives - almost as if they 'gave up' on me. Needless to say, I bought the car from the other dealership. I didn't get the impression they were knowledgeable sales staff who knows the extent to which they need to help customers. Also, it's important to note that their used cars are WAY overpriced and they definitely didn't offer to negotiate. More
