BEWARE....BEWARE...BEWARE....VERY PREDITORY DEALER........They slobber friendliness to the extent you feel they are trust worthy and you feel like you can't disagree with them because it would DEALER........They slobber friendliness to the extent you feel they are trust worthy and you feel like you can't disagree with them because it would be hurtful to them...DON'T FALL FOR THIS....NOTICE you will not see any prices for vehicles on their website, this for their advantage not yours.They have no prices on there used cars posted on any of the vehicles again ADVANTAGE AIRPOT CHEVY...DON'T SHOP BY MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT!!!!!...Make them work, negotiate price of vehicle first then decide if you can make the payment. THATS WHAT THEIR JOB IS...Of course I learned this the hard way...I first contacted them via email because of a neighbor recommended them..When I talked to Rick Martel on phone I explained to him my precarious financial situation of being on disabilty and not having a car and that I was on a fixed budget..He offered to pick me up at my house 25 miles away in Grants Pass..GREAT RIGHT.but how do you get home from there without it costing an arm and a leg...DISADVANTAGE ME AGAIN....Their eather inducing fog of friendliness put a nice customer at disadvantage again..The car that I felt pressure to buy was out of the comfort range I felt for a monthly payment..My problem I was stressed just contiplating a car purchase in my position and I would have been ok if told they couldn't get me into a car at that monthly payment I was looking for. They made me feel like I was getting this great deal they worked out for the 4 year old Nissan Cube they sold me...NOW THIS IS WHAT UPSET ME...On my way home I passed Jim Siegle Chevy in Grants Pass who had the exact same vehicle I just bought with 3000 less miles for 3300 DOLLARS LESS...DO YOU THINK THEY COULD HAVE MADE ME A BETTER DEAL WHEN THEY TOLD ME I GOT A GREAT DEAL..If you want more info call me...Bob at 541-244-1784..DON'T TRUST THEM More
Went to trade in my truck. Picked out my car and and about four days after I signed the contract I accidentally found out that they had charged me $5300 more for my 2011 used car than it cost when it wa about four days after I signed the contract I accidentally found out that they had charged me $5300 more for my 2011 used car than it cost when it was new. I went to them because I thought I would get a good deal at a fair price. Boy, was I wrong! Don't believe their ads or they will get you too. I also gave them a copy of their internet coupon for $25 if you take a test drive. Well it has been two weeks and no $25. More
I bought my Dodge Caliber at Airport Chevrolet in February of 2010. The initial experience was wonderful. Over a year later, we noticed that my tires were wearing differently and we discovered that somehow different sized tires had been put on my car. When I went to Airport Chevrolet (I repeat, over a year later) and explained the situation, they paid to have correctly sized tires put on my car. I was extremely impressed and would recommend Airport Chevrolet to my family and friends. More
