Hands down the WORST dealership I have ever done business with. Sold a car with squealing breaks and was told its just the outside temperature and that it would go away and it never went away. I simply ask this idiot, Preston, to provide me with the email of emmaneul, the service manager because I havent heard back from him about how this is going to be fixed. He wanted to transfer me to the service department and I explained to him that I called twice, was transferred to them and was explained to that they do not have access to his email and are not located in the store. What does the peanut brain do? transfer me again, after I told him not to. How hard is it to go get someone business card and provide an email address? More
