I have always found him to be very honest and fair with me, what is wrong with the car , and what needs to be done the day I come in for service and what can wait until next visit. I live on a budget and just could not do all what was needed the day of service and Chris explained that the other repairs can wait until my next visit. I recommend Al H - for anyone that wants good service and excellent customer service, especially with Chris K. More

requested 100,000 service on Toyota Yaris Had my car serviced and was informed I needed new tires which I agreed to. Requested that everything from fluids to battery would be checked and tested, After paying over $750 for above mentioned service, the next day I could not start my car. After call service advisor (left a message and email) to which I did not and have not received a response I got in touch with AAA to inspect my battery to which I was informed it was dead. I had to purchase a new one. As a customer for many years I am very upset and disappointed. More
