SERVICE REVIEW My visit was less than expected only because the service advisor Shedrick was rude and dismissive. I brought my car in for service and requested to h My visit was less than expected only because the service advisor Shedrick was rude and dismissive. I brought my car in for service and requested to have a tire pressure light checked out. When my car was ready, Shedrick called me to the counter and handed me my keys!. No explanation at all. I had to ask him, if they had checked out the light and any conclusions for why the light keep coming on. I think I deserved to at least be acknowledged, to know that my concerns were addressed. Needless to say, I do not want to deal with guy again. He needs to be retrained regarding giving customer service. Come on, just tell the customer, "we checked out the light you were worried about and everything looks good". Simple.. I left feeling as if my business was not appreciated. This is my 2nd car in 2 years that I purchased at this dealership. I would like to continue my relationship with the dealership. More

Aaron Newman , my service consultant was very friendly, courteous, and patient, did all he could to help me. Making several telephone calls to see if he could straighten out the problem. Service Manager, Jarrett Elder finally made a decision in my favor, and I was able to get my car serviced that day. Was very impressed with the provision of a courtesy ride home, while car was serviced. I will not hesitate to take my Car to Al Hendrickson Toyota next time around. More
