That was a complete service failure that messed up my July 4th weekend. I am very upset and 1000 times not satisfied with it. On Monday June 28th, I took my car to be diagnosed for coolant leak. Bria July 4th weekend. I am very upset and 1000 times not satisfied with it. On Monday June 28th, I took my car to be diagnosed for coolant leak. Brian Bailes, my service advisor told me that I didn’t have an appointment and because of the work load already scheduled, I needed to either leave the with him or to schedule for another time. I chose to leave my car with him. When I got home, I couldn’t call to tell him about another issue with the because he didn’t give me his card. On Tuesday afternoon, he called to tell me that the water pump was leaking and water was coming from the timing chain and the cost of repairs would be$2005.00 plus tax. I asked for a discount and he promised to take away $100 and agreed to proceed and I profited to tell him about the other issue with the front right window that couldn’t go down. On Friday morning of July 2, he called to tell the motor of the window needed to be replaced and the cost would be $480.00 plus tax. I told him not to do it and that I will do it later. Then, he said that the car should be ready soon and that he would call me when it is. On Friday afternoon of July 2, he called to tell that the car was ready to be picked up. I then called my daughter in Tallahassee who asked me earlier to come spend the weekend of July 4th with her and to whom I refused, because my car was being fixed and I didn’t know when it was going to be ready. After Brian’s phone call, I called her to tell her the good news that my car was fixed and that I was coming My wife and I went to pick up the car that same Friday afternoon of July 2. There, I told Brian that I had forgotten to ask for an oil change not knowing it was part of the repairs. He said it was too late for the day because the technicians were heading out for their long weekend. He also said that I could schedule an appointment for the oil change with the cashier then, he asked her do it for me. My wife and I went to the cashier to pay and we were surprised when she told us that the total was $2440,91. I then called Brian to tell him that he overcharged me and that I didn’t get the discount he promised. He replied that he had told me that the cost would $2500.00 and he took away $100. My wife asked him then if he could take away more than $100 and he said that Was the best he could do and that only managers above him can give more discount. I then told him to go the managers to get us more discount because that wasn’t the cost he had told me originally. He then said that he could take on him the cost $73.00 for the oil change. The oil change was already included in the repairs that he asked us to pay. My wife insisted that he goes to his superior for more discount and he said no and that we needed to pay the $2440.91. I agreed to pay. After we paid the $2440.91, the cashier scheduled me for oil change that was included in the repairs for July 15 at 10:00 in the morning, then she handed us the receipts. We were just about to thank the cashier When Brian came to tell us the worst news yet of the day after we already paid. He told us that he went to get the car for us, it misfired and that his technicians already left and that he will have to check on Monday July 5 why it misfired. He continued to say that the problem could be a loose spark plug or a wire, it could also be the dommage caused by the water leak and if that is the case, we would have to pay for the additional repairs. I then asked Brian if he would also do the oil change in my car on Monday and he said yes, he would. I definitely thought I was dreaming because I just couldn’t imagine that my service advisor at Al Packer Ford of West Palm Beach would accept to change the oil on Monday in a car that they serviced today. The car didn’t even leave their shop but he will change the oil that he chang d today. I didn’t want to take my car to another place where they know nothing about Lincoln. I took it to Al Packer Ford to get it fixed but, what a disappointment? They were the ones that diagnosed the problem, told me the results and the cost of the repairs, told me when the repairs were done to pick my car up, told me how much to pay, and the ones that decided to keep my car for misfiring after I paid them for the repairs that they told were done. Al Packer Ford needs to answer these questions: Why did they call me for a car that wasn’t ready? Why did they make me pay for the repairs and keep both my car and my money? Why do they want to do an oil change that was already included in the repairs? Why did they lie to me about the cost of the repairs? Why do they want to charge me additional fees for the repairs of the work that they themselves diagnosed? More
We were told we get 2 free oil changes when we leased a Ford Explorer. So my wife takes her Ford Explorer lease into Al Packer for the free 7500 mile oil change only to be told they cant do it unless it s Ford Explorer. So my wife takes her Ford Explorer lease into Al Packer for the free 7500 mile oil change only to be told they cant do it unless it says so in the lease agreement. Off to Jiffy Lubr she goes. I checked with Chris at Palm Bay Ford (great customer service!) and he told me all Al Packer had to do was pull up their Oasis program on the computer, enter the VIN, and it was right there...free oil changes. Lazy people and lousy customer service here! More

I am totally satisfied with the Body Shop repairs done to my 1989 Lincoln Town car by Rodney Barr , Mike, and other staff in July 2020. I was treated like royalty and the car looks great again. I was on turnpike when one The worse Quick Lane and service manager ever. I went for my oil change and rotation and they forgot to torque all 24 nuts. I was on turnpike when one of the tire's belt went on me. The report they did a few days prior said nothing about replace tires, etc, but when I called them and told me to stop by, Mr. Thomas said: "You know how it goes with those guys at the Quick Lane. I am sorry to hear what happened to you, you are lucky no other vehicle was near you when that happened. Best I can do is selling you 4 tires, because these ones are pretty bad". Wow!! so they went bad in less than 150 miles or so since I was there, amazing!!! I sent him various emails on 3/02/2020 and still don't have a reply. Way to go mister!!! We spoke about a noise my truck has been doing lately, he told me that it was the cam phaser and he will make an appointment for me to have it check, that was 10,000 plus miles ago and still no appointment. By the way the tires he wanted to sell me were $850 overpriced, nice!!!! In other words, this gentleman should be working as a manager of anything at all. In fact, he told me to go for a second opinion about what happened to my tires, etc. What I did was to call them and say that in another place they forgot to torque the nuts, etc and they told me that I should have the 4 tires and wheels replaced as well as the studs, etc., and that is what they would do if it happened to them. Sure, sure…….4 months and counting. More
STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A FEMALE It is funny how when the lady at service asks you if you were 100% satisfied with your service and then you say no not at all, I am actually never com It is funny how when the lady at service asks you if you were 100% satisfied with your service and then you say no not at all, I am actually never coming back here again because of it, she does not ask why or anything she just makes sure she does not hand you a survey paper slip but what is funny is how I can get on here and still write my review. So here it goes. First of all, I bought my truck brand new, always turn it it for recalls, oil changes, and anything covered under warranty issues to be fixed. Well, for the second time I had to turn my truck in for loose break light covers on both tailgate lights. First time I turned it in, they said no problem, one is loose and the other one actually has a broken clip, so they replaced it. Second time, both break light covers are loose again but this time they said that I broke them that I went somehow into my break light and over tightened them and also that the top third break light that is on top of my truck on a roll bar is why my two side break lights were broken and it would $100 to fix each one so a total of $200. Second of all, how in the world would a third top of truck break light have anything to do with my two side break lights? Third of all, the ford service crew were the last people to ever put their hands on my break lights, so they are the ones who over tightened the lights which caused them to break and need to be replaced as it was still under warranty. There is only 15,000 miles on my truck and I have had it since December 17th 2017. They claimed that also a tailgate light bar on the bottom of the tailgate is also the reason why the side break light covers are loose, well I informed them that the light bar is currently unattached to any wires and it has been like that for over a year now and of course that would have nothing to do with my break light covers. It is just sickening to think that they can take advantage of me as a female, put words in my mouth, assume things that I somehow did, which I have no clue how to even open those light covers and also how they ended up fixing for free anyways. They never called me or spoke to me in person to apologize to me or anything. The people involved here are Rick Solomon and Steve Thomas the Service Manager and also the lady at the service desk that hands you your keys. This service is unacceptable because if I did not fight for what was right I would have been out of $200 for a mistake that the ford service crew made on my brand new truck. Steve and Rick both told me that someone needs to pay for broke items and ford will not send us a refund for it, well first of all, your ford service crew is what caused the parts to break and second of all, I paid over $41,000 for this truck, I am pretty sure I gave you guys enough money to afford to fix my light covers that you originally broke. This is absolutely a scam, I will never be back to this dealership for anything (and that is a shame because I love F-150's so much that I would have definitely bought another one from you guys but not anymore). I will also make sure that anyone I come across that ask me about my truck I will make sure I inform them about where not to buy one or get service and that is at Al Packer West. I am disgusted by how I was treated when also all of the service and sales guys know how much I take care of my truck, why in the world would I deliberately break my light covers? More
Check your Oil I took my 2018 Mustang GT I purchased at the Royal Palm Beach Al Packer into the Military Trail Quick Lane for the the first oil change. James fit me I took my 2018 Mustang GT I purchased at the Royal Palm Beach Al Packer into the Military Trail Quick Lane for the the first oil change. James fit me in late on a Saturday, they washed my car and the oil change was complimentary, I was initially happy with my service experience. I checked the oil level when I got home and it was barely showing on the tip of the dipstick. I checked the service paperwork and they listed it as a 6 qt. oil change. I put two quarts in and it came up to the hash marks between the two holes. I traded in a 2014 GT with 32,000 miles for this one after that engine was replaced with a re-manufactured service engine under the 60k powertrain warranty after knock was diagnosed and two bad rod bearings found with metal in filter and pan. I can better explain how that might have happened with a stock tune and rev. limit now I see the dealer will send them out low on oil. Gen. 1,2 and 3 5.0 liter Mustang V8's have always had a 8 to 8 1/2 quart oil capacity. You take your vehicle to the dealer so this does not happen and still it does. So better check your oil level. 4200 miles and already listening for a knock in this engine thanks to Al packer West Palm Quick Lane. More

I was bringing in my wife's car for service and was told Gary Weil is an unprofessional "General Manager." This guy is a joke. Very rude to customers! I was bringing in my wife's car for service and was told by the service manager to park the vehicle behind their building. I told the tower to go ahead and park the car behind the building. Gary Weil "General Manager" was driving by in his golf cart and told us "You are not f*xxxxx parking here." I tried explaining to him that I was told by the service manager to park the car behind the building and he just grew madder and madder with no reason. He told me to "get the f*xx out of his lot, take it to another dealership, I don't f*xxxxx want the car here, etc." I have filed a complaint to corporate about Gary Weil. More

I showed up ready to spend 80 bucks on a synthetic Just awful...I made a service appointment online for my stunning awesome 2016 Mustang GT Cal Spcl. I showed up ready to spend 80 bucks on a synthetic oil change (probably 30 bucks cheaper at Jiffy) and they treated me like absolute crap. They didn't even acknowledge my online appointment and clearly couldn't care less about my business. Then they tell me to go to this beat-up shack called Fast Lane, which is where they do their oil changes, and the guy at the counter said they don't accept appointments and I'll just have to wait...not even a "hello" or "sorry for our misleading website" or anything remotely polite or acknowledging of my frustration. So finally I went to the service mgr and let him know about this awful experience and he basically offered no remedy or anything other than a blanket sorry. This is why people DON'T do oil changes at dealerships, because what would otherwise be a 20-minute ordeal at some corner lube store turns into a 3-hour escapade filled with frustration. More
