In this case, I had a required service (milage interval) that was due also. Customers shouldn’t have to go through the bill and what was accomplished (or not required at the moment) with the cashier who has no idea about that…especially when there is a line of people waiting. Great customer service will find you in a waiting room and explain “here’s what we did/found/what wasn’t need at his point, we washed the vehicle for you and here is what you’re paying for, and here’s what to expect on your next routine service…any questions?” Then, I’m happy to go pay with all the info in hand. Oh, and lastly, take the service number paper out of the vehicle when your done. I always have to throw it away. Thanks! More
