Oil change I went for an oil change and the sign on the door said oil changes were available from 8-5. I arrived a 4:40. No one responded to my honk so I parked and went in to ask if someone was available to do my oil change. I was told they didn’t take customers after 4:00. I pointed out that the sign said 5:00 and got a very unsatisfactory response. Please change the sign to the actual hours! I returned a couple of days later around 3:00 and got excellent service. I’ve been very disappointed with this purchase of all the vehicles I’ve ever owned in my life. Most recently at 86,000 miles I had to have the transmission replaced and was told the shifter wouldn’t be sticky anymore but the shifter still has issues. I’m so sick of taking it in and finding another problem. More

Although I wasn’t dealing with them, I overheard profanity being used (F-bombs), and one sales guy was on a mission to find a set of keys and it had to become known to everyone in the dealership. He even reprimanded an employee in earshot of most people. I am not a person who is offended by foul language, but know that many are and the dealer had several customers, who may have found this a bit ridiculous. More

Service I dropped off my car on a Sunday. Left a note that the battery was dead and I had to jump it to bring it in. The dealer did a diagnostic and charge me I dropped off my car on a Sunday. We purchased our last 3 cars from this dealership. I will not be returning More
