Alex Karras Lincoln's service department has been amazing for the entire time I've had my 2019 MKZ lease, always getting me a great car to drive while mine we in for service. Several months ago my cross tra for the entire time I've had my 2019 MKZ lease, always getting me a great car to drive while mine we in for service. Several months ago my cross traffic/blind side detectors went out and had to be replaced and they sent me a new Corsair to drive. Big problem - my wife and I LOVED that car. Six days later when I had to turn it in and pick up my nicely repaired MKZ I talked to the owner and said if he wants to work a trade for my MKZ and that Corsair now... unfortunately with NO cars available that wasn't going to happen, but we have kept in touch and been looking for something I could get into as I got closer to the end of my lease. A couple of 2021's had been on the list to come in - one Red and one white - and I had my eye on that red one! A week ago today the sales rep I have been talking with. called and said it had been delivered, along with the white one. 20 minutes later I was there - and the red one was already SOLD! But between him and the owner we were able to work a deal out for my MKZ and the white Corsair and today I am thrilled with my new car! To say that Alex Karras Lincoln went out of their way to make me happy, to help me get a car I wanted at the budget I had to have it at, and to insure that I was comfortable at all stages is a bit of an understatement! Rick Karras, Church Kennedy, and Jimmy made this whole process comfortable and satisfying! And while time isn't necessarily a measure of quality we were in and out in less than two hours, signed, keys presented, Sync 3 set up explained, and items traferred out of my MKZ and into the Corsair. Time has value, too, and it appears that Alex Karras Lincoln values time, too!! Would I recommend Alex Karras Lincoln? In a heartbeat!!! And I do!! More
