Experience I've bought my car here at Al Piemonte Nissan and my service experience is getting lower and lower. The staff used to be friendly, caring, and informative but now they just seem like they want to rush me out. I used to like coming here for a few fixer ups or update on what's going on with my car. I recently came for an oil change then later found out I also had a "fluid brake recall" out of the two days I came one for each. Both days seemed like the staff just wanted to rush me out of the dealership and did not give me much information on my "brake fluid recall". Online it said the staff would update me about my ABS and give me a manual on my new fluid; I did not receive anything from the person giving me my papers besides my keys and the "proof of service/bill". This place was once good to me when I bought my car, now my expectations for this place is getting lower and lower. More

Told me about the benefits of upgrading to a newer model. This is the first time I came in and someone handed me a business card and folder with all the info for me to take home. So his presentation definitely caught my interest for when I look for a new vehicle. Thanks to everyone there. This location is a bit of a drive for me but the service makes it worth the trip. More
Overpriced but good service I called to set up an appointment. The young lady was very nice. She told me I could get a loaner when I dropped off my car since I had no way of ge I called to set up an appointment. The young lady was very nice. She told me I could get a loaner when I dropped off my car since I had no way of getting home. And I was driving from Chicago. But when I went to my appointment and asked for my loaner I was told they didn’t have one. I took my Nissan for an engine light on. I have warranty. The problem was partially covered by the Nissan manufacturer. But the repairs my car needed was a small part changed. The part sells for $35 and they wanted to charge me over $300 to change it. My husband could change it himself but they were unwilling to fix the engine light If he did it. I had no choice but to get it done. Luckily Manny gave me a better price on the repair. More

Recall Brought car in for recall, which turned out didn't need any replacement. Arrived 9:30am for appt. Saw car pulled in bay about 9:45. Thought it must be done already and waited for someone to call me or come get me in the waiting area. At 10:45 I walked to the front of the showroom and saw my car parked out in front of the service doors. I went to the desk to ask if I'm set and was told oh yes, we were just waiting for it to be washed. 1. The car was not washed 2. How much longer would I have waited had I not questioned it myself? DONT GO!!! I came from out of town and needed a oil change. I Could have waited till I got back home in Michigan, but I wasn't doing anything at that time so I I came from out of town and needed a oil change. I Could have waited till I got back home in Michigan, but I wasn't doing anything at that time so I figured I'll took care of it. The guy who serviced me goes by the name of Manuel. After I gave the keys and went to the rest area he came to ask me what kind of oil I use. I was confused, because I'm like I only take my car to Nissan dealers so you should know (is what I thought). So I told him let me call my dealer in Michigan and find out. When I called and asked them that question the guy was just as puzzled wondering why he asked me that, to find out he was trying to up sale me with a higher oil price for whatever reason. I waited over an hour patiently for my vehicle. When I received my keys and drove off, I noticed there was a weird noise every time I accelerated like there was nothing in it. I just thought it was just the fresh oil change, but when I got on the highway and accelerated my engine threw a rob and my car started smoking. Thank God I didn't get in an accident because of there lack of performance (mind you my car was at 75000 and I take good care of my car). Now I'm sitting on the side of the road for over another hour and have to pay hundreds of extra dollars to tow to my location (and its 8pm so everyone is closed) and wait till the Morning and tow again to get it fix because of the service from this location. After taking it back and WAITING almost an hour again to see a manager they claimed they had nothing to do with it and things like this JUST HAPPENS. When I decided not to let them fix it and had a tow come get it, as I'm walking to the back I notice my hood was still up and they were still messing with my car after being told over an hour ago that it was nothing they could do like they was trying to cover they tracks. I DO NOT recommend OR TRUST ANYONE TO GO HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN! YOU ARE BETTER OFF WAITING AND RIDING IT OUT TILL YOU GET BACK TO YOUR HOME STATE TO A DEALER YOU TRUST. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY WILL TRY TO UP SALE YOU OR DAMAGE SOMETHING ELSE TO MAKE YOU PAY THEM. More
