Al Piemonte Nissan - Service Center

Poor customer service Was told service would be done in 2hrs, but was there for 3+hrs and was given no updates until I had to find the original person I was helped by, "Man Was told service would be done in 2hrs, but was there for 3+hrs and was given no updates until I had to find the original person I was helped by, "Manny", when bringing the car in. When I was finally given the updates, I requested to just have my car back wherein representative told me that they would be pulling it around shortly. 10min later representative finally came back to give me my keys and made no mention of paid no concern that I had been inconvenienced due to the length of time I had to wait. In the future, it would be appreciated that if you quote a time frame, check back with the customer if the time frame is exceeded to let them know what is going on, but I will most likely not be bringing my car back to this location. I will say that representative "Gabriel", who was not servicing or in any way working with my car, did approach me to check in with me noticing my displeasure. I would give him 5 stars for simply displaying the appropriate care and concern to a customer, customer service that I feel is minimally expected and appreciated in situations like this. More
