Oscar Baustista charged me $147.00 to tell me a code on my vehicle that I already knew what the code was. I asked which Catalytic Converter was bad, he stated it was only 1 Converter on car. Which is false my vehicle that I already knew what the code was. I asked which Catalytic Converter was bad, he stated it was only 1 Converter on car. Which is false information, there are two Catalytic Converters on the Altima. I knew that myself, so they Service Dept. people should know this information, especially if they trying to charge me $1,800.00 plus the $147.00 to tell me a code that I knew about already. More
