I went in for services and it wasn’t done I had a nail in my tire the dealer said no I didn’t have a low tier pressure. The next my tier was at 24 . Had my oil done it’s still black . So I’m hurting my truck and I couldn’t have hurt myself drying on a low tier . Since last year my Bluetooth never worked . They tec said it was my phone to call my provider. On my way out the building after 5hours if it wasn’t for Paul the man who sold me my trucks my problem who never be getting fixed . Thank you Paul your the best . Thanks Nissan I know you appreciate my two trucks I bought off you . Still don’t know what I paid $26 for service mmmm what service???? More

Used car I found the service to be ok. However, the sales department is another story. The sales department misled us on the terms of purchase and they only I found the service to be ok. However, the sales department is another story. The sales department misled us on the terms of purchase and they only gave us one set of keys at purchase promising delivery of the second set within the week. Rashun and I scheduled a time and place of pick-up and he was a no show. After this debacle he promised to mail the keys which never happened and i had to inconvenience myself by going back to dealership to have keys made. Absolutely horrible customer service from sales. Car battery change The communication with the staff was terrible. I had to call several times just to figure out what was wrong with my car. I dropped off my car at 8 AM The communication with the staff was terrible. I had to call several times just to figure out what was wrong with my car. I dropped off my car at 8 AM and did not get it back until about 5 pm. Also, service was overpriced. I paid over $350.00 just for a battery change. Very disappointed!!! More
