Tech didn’t try to fix Car has a seat that wobbles slightly. Car has the extended warranty. I was told it needed a $2000 part and is not covered. Was also told none of the techs knew how to work on those seats. My gut feeling is that it is simply a loose bolt but the tech did not even look at it. Will have to take it to another service where they will actually try to fix it. I’ve lost confidence in Al Piemonte Nissan. More

Only thing that upset me is the sales guy kept calling me to try and sell me a new car. My car has less than 70,000 mikes and the trans went out. I was mad and he wants to sell me another car? Hold your sales team back next time. I will definitely be back as long as Carlos or Eric is there. More

The worst First when i got to the service center i explaine the reason of my visit and in that moment I was told it would take about 1 hour and half to two hour First when i got to the service center i explaine the reason of my visit and in that moment I was told it would take about 1 hour and half to two hours to get ready 2 hours later I was told the car was getting the car wash and that it should be ready in 20 min. An hour later the guy came and hand me the keys and tells me that my car was outside and if I can bring my car over the week to get the car wash as they couldn't do it. 🤨 honestly it was the worst day ever. And it hasn't been the first time I've been there 3 times already and all those 3 times have been an awful experience. Besides the bad experiense i had with the service I also re-finance my car and Gabriel Medina has been very helpful, and polite always giving me the info I need and for that i could give you 5 starts. More
