Poor service and lack of interest for customer service I left my car on Monday at 10am and was given estimate and repair information to pickup car on Tuesday, I waited on Tuesday for a call from dealer but I left my car on Monday at 10am and was given estimate and repair information to pickup car on Tuesday, I waited on Tuesday for a call from dealer but nobody call me at 4 pm I called and nobody was able to give me information on my car at the end I was told that they need to order one more hose and no estimate of when my car will be ready. I called again on Wednesday and Manny told me that he was off on Tuesday but will do everything to have my car ready as soon as possible.my concerns are that if Manny was off on Tuesday nobody cares for other customers. Other than Manny I talked with 2 others and didn’t offer any type of assistance. I could go to other business to have my car fixed and probably pay less that what I pay at your dealership but I was under the impression that is Nissan and I will get professional service and attention for customers. Unfortunately I will think twice to go back or recommend your place. More
