Amazing I cane in for an oil change. The agent who assisted me was very polite and knowledgeable. She revied my visits and advised me I needed my tires rota I cane in for an oil change. Poor service and lack of interest for customer service I left my car on Monday at 10am and was given estimate and repair information to pickup car on Tuesday, I waited on Tuesday for a call from dealer but I left my car on Monday at 10am and was given estimate and repair information to pickup car on Tuesday, I waited on Tuesday for a call from dealer but nobody call me at 4 pm I called and nobody was able to give me information on my car at the end I was told that they need to order one more hose and no estimate of when my car will be ready. I called again on Wednesday and Manny told me that he was off on Tuesday but will do everything to have my car ready as soon as possible.my concerns are that if Manny was off on Tuesday nobody cares for other customers. Other than Manny I talked with 2 others and didn’t offer any type of assistance. I could go to other business to have my car fixed and probably pay less that what I pay at your dealership but I was under the impression that is Nissan and I will get professional service and attention for customers. Unfortunately I will think twice to go back or recommend your place. More

Back and forth for what? Tried getting some warranty information on some tires my family bought there 2016, was told my family never purchased tires by the short female servic Tried getting some warranty information on some tires my family bought there 2016, was told my family never purchased tires by the short female service rep with blonde ombré hair working 10/29 at around 10 am. I asked her to please thoroughly search her records because according to my family they were sure they had bought tires and they were running the Nissan Versa on a spare at the moment. After five minutes of going through each transaction with the rep she told me nothing tire related was attached to the vehicle except for a purchase in 2012. I was skeptical but trusted her and drove home thinking my family had confused the timeline for the purchase With another vehicle. However I then found the original receipt and it confirmed that tires were purchased for the vehicle in 2016 which prompts me to give the service desk a call. I get hung up on 3 times, fourth time someone picks up and is just silent for 5 minutes, some lady answers eventually and tells me I have to speak to somebody else, transfers me to Eric from service. I inform Eric I have been to the shop already and got turned away and ask him to confirm that tires were indeed purchased in 2016. He confirms that they were indeed purchased in 2016 and still are covered under warranty for 24 months and advises I come in soon because the warranty is about to expire. Pretty annoyed by this point that I wasted unnecessary time confirming a purchase that took Eric 2 minutes to do while the other lady in a jean jacket swears a purchase was never made. I arrive back at Nissan playing Shake by Pitbull (seemed fitting) while the lady with the ombré hair greets me again. Let the song play a while and ask to speak to Eric and he gets straight to it. I can continue my day afterwards. It was such a hassle when it really shouldn’t have been and I hate having my time wasted by driving back and forth and calling. What should have been a quick interaction ended up taking and hour and half longer. Disappointing because I actually recommend a lot of my peers to this Nissan location for new cars. Eric informed me of the warranty process and was clear and straight to the point but as for the other rep she just wasted my time. More
Service appointment I had my 2016 Nissan Rogue oil changed and tires rotated. The service person explained the cost and services. They had a porter take me to my office and pick me up when my car was completed. The car was freshly washed and ready to go. The cashier was present so my overall experience was great. More
I am very pleased with the overall service , I wasn’t able to have the problem rectified but I don’t believe there was any fault of any of the technicians or servicemen and women it was just o , I wasn’t able to have the problem rectified but I don’t believe there was any fault of any of the technicians or servicemen and women it was just one of those things where the problem wasn’t happening during the time in the technicians were looking into truck over.
