Back and forth for what? Tried getting some warranty information on some tires my family bought there 2016, was told my family never purchased tires by the short female servic Tried getting some warranty information on some tires my family bought there 2016, was told my family never purchased tires by the short female service rep with blonde ombré hair working 10/29 at around 10 am. I asked her to please thoroughly search her records because according to my family they were sure they had bought tires and they were running the Nissan Versa on a spare at the moment. After five minutes of going through each transaction with the rep she told me nothing tire related was attached to the vehicle except for a purchase in 2012. I was skeptical but trusted her and drove home thinking my family had confused the timeline for the purchase With another vehicle. However I then found the original receipt and it confirmed that tires were purchased for the vehicle in 2016 which prompts me to give the service desk a call. I get hung up on 3 times, fourth time someone picks up and is just silent for 5 minutes, some lady answers eventually and tells me I have to speak to somebody else, transfers me to Eric from service. I inform Eric I have been to the shop already and got turned away and ask him to confirm that tires were indeed purchased in 2016. He confirms that they were indeed purchased in 2016 and still are covered under warranty for 24 months and advises I come in soon because the warranty is about to expire. Pretty annoyed by this point that I wasted unnecessary time confirming a purchase that took Eric 2 minutes to do while the other lady in a jean jacket swears a purchase was never made. I arrive back at Nissan playing Shake by Pitbull (seemed fitting) while the lady with the ombré hair greets me again. Let the song play a while and ask to speak to Eric and he gets straight to it. I can continue my day afterwards. It was such a hassle when it really shouldn’t have been and I hate having my time wasted by driving back and forth and calling. What should have been a quick interaction ended up taking and hour and half longer. Disappointing because I actually recommend a lot of my peers to this Nissan location for new cars. Eric informed me of the warranty process and was clear and straight to the point but as for the other rep she just wasted my time. More
I am very pleased with the overall service , I wasn’t able to have the problem rectified but I don’t believe there was any fault of any of the technicians or servicemen and women it was just o , I wasn’t able to have the problem rectified but I don’t believe there was any fault of any of the technicians or servicemen and women it was just one of those things where the problem wasn’t happening during the time in the technicians were looking into truck over. Service appointment I had my 2016 Nissan Rogue oil changed and tires rotated. The service person explained the cost and services. They had a porter take me to my office and pick me up when my car was completed. The car was freshly washed and ready to go. The cashier was present so my overall experience was great. More

First of all, let me give God the GLORY. I came to get my car fixed. I am a female and Oscar from the service department was absolutely wonderful! He explained the problem and most of all FIXED the problem. He owned up to mistakes he made and corrected them immediately. He was patient, kind and most of all treated me with dignity and respect. Ladies, you know how men make us feel when we try to get our car fixed, well Oscar is NOT like that! He cares and he helps. He is extremely Educated, Knowledgeable and most of all he has a passion for what he does and for the customers that he serves. Oscar, Thank you! I also want to give a shout out to the Service team. Everyone was great. I did not feel threatened or frightened. More
Sub-par as usual 1) your computer system is sending me coupons way to far in advanced which i dont get to use, i was then told the tire rotation 19.95 coupon couldnt b 1) your computer system is sending me coupons way to far in advanced which i dont get to use, i was then told the tire rotation 19.95 coupon couldnt be honored yet the day after, what showed up in my mail? The same coupon dated out till November. On top of that i was told since that couldnt be honored, the lady would honor a $10 off discount as a courtesy, when i got the new coupon i looked back because you guys dont show a bill before asking for payment upon pick up and of course no discount. 2)This is the 3rd time I’ve requested that my tires be filled which i always understood to be part of the oil change but apparently not. 3) i asked for a list of premium cleaning services offered and it was like i was talking to a wall and all i got was “thats included in the service”. Got my car and now ill have to take more time for a detailing somewhere else since you guys gave me a coupon on a give away for a delux clean or something which i was never able to use because this same lady said she would honor the $5 off an oil change and put a note to honor this free delux clean but that doesnt appear to be the case. 4) i have yet to be informed by a mechanic how the car is doing because i only get a “your car is done” and a 10 minute hold when i ask whats it looking like followed by no pick up and my questions to ensure everything to maintain the warranty go unanswered. More
