Waste of time The worst experience I have ever had here. My transmission has been acting up so I bring it in on Friday afternoon to check out the car and they ask m The worst experience I have ever had here. My transmission has been acting up so I bring it in on Friday afternoon to check out the car and they ask me if I can leave it over night to properly check everything and they will call me. They never called me on Saturday so I went the whole weekend with out my because the shop is closed on sundays. So I go to the shop on Monday and my car is ready and nobody bothered to call me and let me know that it was ready for pick up. Then I find out they did nothing to my car so all that time I could they had my car was a big waste of time. Now when my car ends up breaking down on me I will sue for letting me drive around with a car with a bad transmission. More

Battery change I went for a car check coz my battery is draining and the car wont run. Theychecked thouroughly and found out that there’s nothing wrong with electri I went for a car check coz my battery is draining and the car wont run. Theychecked thouroughly and found out that there’s nothing wrong with electrical and recommended a battey change since its more than 3 yrs. They changed the battery in no time at all and my car runs like new again. More

Yearly Maintenance Service desk had plenty of people working yet everyone was so hesitant to help; service took 2 hrs just to get a break oil flush (est. time is 30min). Last time I was there I waited 2.5hrs just to get a car wash. My 1 hour commute there is no longer worth it. Overall, unprofessional, inefficient and high-priced. Best part was when they handed my keys (while paying at finance center, which was another experience; poor girl, can someone provide her with further training?) & later had to go ask another employee about my car cause clearly employer that handed keys (while paying) had somewhere else to be & couldn’t communicate that to me. Perhaps if I came in to make another car purchase or had a male with me my experience would’ve been...”better”. More

Great customer service I had bad experiences at Glendale Nissan and I moved over to Al Piemonte and have no complaints. Everytime I need help or I have an issue i always get I had bad experiences at Glendale Nissan and I moved over to Al Piemonte and have no complaints. Everytime I need help or I have an issue i always get it resolved with the help of Christian Leon and Oscar Bautista. They’re always so helpful and so friendly.
