From Hero to Less Than Zero I purchased my very first vehicle, a pre-owned Chevrolet from this dealership in December 2014. At that point I asked if I needed to find a Chevy deal I purchased my very first vehicle, a pre-owned Chevrolet from this dealership in December 2014. At that point I asked if I needed to find a Chevy dealership to service my car and was told no they're service center would take care of it. From December 2014 to January 2017 service was amazing. I had no complaints, I was always treated cordially' told how to best care for my car; wait time was good; and my car ran smoothly. In January 2017 that changed. I had my car towed in because I received a message basically indicating there was an issue with my thermostat AND my car wouldn't start. After the service departmnt looked the car over they told me I needed new brakes, brake pads, roters, and a battery. Supposedly a new battery would alleviate the thermostat message. I gave verbal consent for them to fix the vehicle and picked it up a few days later. On the day of pick up, one the gentleman lost my car and wouldn't tell me. It took him approximately 30 mins to find my car and bring it to me. Two, there was now an issue with my drivers door shutting....something that wasn't an issue when I took the car in. Already perturbed I took the car back a week or two later about the door and was told my by the same serice rep "oh well we can take care of that when you bring the car in for the next oil change". In February I received the same message regarding my thermostat.....confirming indeed there was still asn issue. I took the car into a Chevy dealership and yes there's a need for a new thermostat(problem number 1), but I was also told the battery case was corroded.....NOW I'm no car epxert but why is there ANY issue with my battery when it was just replaced??? I called to get the warrnty information for the battery and was told by yet again the same service rep that the only way I could get the information was if I brought my car in and allowed them to fix it. He then proceeded to argue with me about the warranty information; he was extremely rude; disrespectful; and worst of all I feel as though I was taken advanatge of and my money and time was wasted!! I would NEVER recommend this department to anyone. I understand there are pros and cons to every business and service but I've literally watched ths one transform for the worst. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Oh my representative's name was William....just terrible More
AMAZING!!!! I have never experienced such genuine care and concern from a sales team as I did at Al Piemonte. I was traveling threw Melrose Park visiting friends when my Murano started acting up out of no where? I had pulled over to check what was wrong and coudlnt figure things out? George had seen that I was in need of help and came over to offer some help, I am glad that he did. He checked under the hood and seen that the battery cable was very loose and needed to be tighen down. He really took the time on a HOT DAY to help a lady out. It was a GOD send that George was around to help me.Thank you so much More
Worst service EVER! I was told in order to be in and out in a timely manner I needed to make an appointment on a weekday. I did so. I had an appt for 1pm. I arrived.. ch I was told in order to be in and out in a timely manner I needed to make an appointment on a weekday. I did so. I had an appt for 1pm. I arrived.. checked in with the guy. He at that point informed me it would be 2-3 hours. xxx! For an oil change??? He told me they were really backed up and nothing they could do but they would wash my car. I then left. The guy called me and told me my car was done after 1 1/2 hours. I got there and paid the cashier. When I went outside to get my car I waited 15 additional minutes to find out my car wasn't done. In the 3 hours they had my car all they managed to do was change my oil. Who the F works there that it takes them 3 hours to change an oil. I am so angry. This is the second time I have gone and still the xxxx service is the only thing consistent besides the unbelievable wait. I will never step foot back in there. More

The service center is a joke. I read some people reviews about how satisfied they are, because the part needed was ordered and there in a few days. is that a joke? I bought Nissan there , they are called Piemonte Nissan, the service specialized in Nissans warranty and they need a few days to order a part. Why not have it in stock? I left my car there for promissed hour and half. After 2 and half hour I was told they looked at the car, but they dont have the part to fix it, so i can drive home and back the next day, or i can leave my car there. What a joke. First off all how would i get home without my car, I dont live next door or even close, second of all, I work..... I dont have a week of to work around their schedule. Come, wait, go, come , wait, go...... Am I working for them or are they working for me? I will never go back. i would ratter drive to Indiana to find another location than come back here. More
