Al Piemonte Nissan - Service Center

I came back in there because my turning signal lights and door switches were not working properly when I picked up my vehicle, they were working perfectly fine before I dropped my car off. Your service manag door switches were not working properly when I picked up my vehicle, they were working perfectly fine before I dropped my car off. Your service manager told me they didn't have nothing to do with that issue as if it just magically stopped working. He also said if I bring it back to be fixed I would be charged, I'm very upset after spending roughly $2100 fixing EVERYTHING on my vehicle that I noticed, now you guys gave it back with more issues and saying I have to pay more. I will be contacting my attorney and your cooperate office! More

Elena was my AP Nissan service assistant. She told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I told her if she make me wait 3 hours then she better let me take her on a date! Had me out of there in 1 hour! This was a wasted time. This dealership lure you into their place to offer a "free" sanitizing, car wash, and vacuuming. If they sanitized...I couldn't tell. This dealership lured me in there...just to see if I would purchase a new 2020 or 2021 Nissan rouge truck. What a way to service someone and expect someone to purchase from them...NEVER!!! More
