Needs Improvement! I had to insist on an obvious defect on the front panel on the car that I had just purchased less than 24 hrs prior. I provided Oscar with a picture that I took of the defect and also sh on the front panel on the car that I had just purchased less than 24 hrs prior. I provided Oscar with a picture that I took of the defect and also showed him the car. He initially rubbed his had across the lump and agreed. However, after he spoke to his manager, he advised me that it was not a lump/defect in the front panel, but simply a part of the car's body/form, and that several other cars on their lot had the same lump on the panel. How insulting! I then asked that he show my husband and I some of those cars! Not one of the cars that he showed us had that defect! I strongly considered going into the showroom and cancelling the entire $45K purchase. No, I would not recommend this service department based on my experience. We were elated to purchase this vehicle and had a pleasant experience up until we deal with the service dept. I received no follow-up on an ETA after several days. I dropped the vehicle off the the 29th and did not hear back! I emailed Oscar for a follow-up and ETA on the 5th and magically, the car was repaired on the 6th. The service manager never spoke with us! More
