Words of gold! I went to the dealership looking to trade in my Jeep Wrangler and I was pair with Miss LeAnn. I test drive a wonderful renegade and feel in love with I went to the dealership looking to trade in my Jeep Wrangler and I was pair with Miss LeAnn. I test drive a wonderful renegade and feel in love with it. However, it all relied on the trade in value. We sat down and of course the computers went down! We were unable to get the proper value so LeAnn called over the manager and they said they'd give me 7,000 for my jeep and they would honor it no matter what the actual trade in value was! The following day when the trade in value was lower than the 7,000 they honored what they said and gave me 7,000! LeAnn was absolutely fantastic in helping! More
