I was able to test drive the Crosstrek, which I initially was interested in purchasing. The Crosstrek didn't perform as well as I had hoped, and dealer Jan understood what I felt was disappointing and was a was interested in purchasing. I came in for an oil change and for my tires to be looked at because they were low. I was told no nails or other issues were found. Upon leaving i noticed the tire pressure was the same as when I went in. at because they were low. I was told no nails or other issues were found. THIS MEANS THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS NOT CHECKED AND THE PRESSURE BROUGHT TO WHERE THEY SHOULD BE!!! I do not believe in surveys but the service was NOT GOOD this time. More
