We worked with Jim Haytas and much to our satisfaction we came to a deal that seemed to work well for both parties. Working with Jim was a very painless, stress free experience. We received what we expected for our trade-in and was given the best competitive price on the new vehicle we found after looking at several dealers and on the internet. The Lassen dealership is GREAT I'm a grad student so money is a limited resource.... but my wife and I needed another car. My salesperson, Victor Edwards, had corresponded with me for about a week and gave me all the information I'd asked for. He was extremely helpful. After the test drive, he even gave me a "Loaner Vehicle" to return home in while I pondered my final decision. But my bike would not fit in the truck of the car, so Victor graciously offered to bring my bike to my home on his own personal bike rack (after he got off work). He even stayed an extra hour w/ my wife and I to ensure that final purchase was completed. Victor made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. It was a great experience! More
