We initially tried to buy a vehicle from them and put down a deposit. They were not able to get the vehicle we wanted and we decided to buy a car from a different dealership. When we asked to get our ref down a deposit. They were not able to get the vehicle we wanted and we decided to buy a car from a different dealership. When we asked to get our refundable deposit back they kept giving us excuses as to why they couldn't process it. We were told to come into the dealership and when we arrived they said they didn't have the proper authorization to process the refund. To this point we still have not been able to get our deposit back. There seems to be an extreme lack of communication and training among the employees. This is very unfortunate as it's the closest dealership to our location, but I cannot recommend doing business with this location. More
