Sales person was lied several times I asked for a quote on approx November 28 To add items to the truck remote start , fifth wheel hitch I never received a quote on the hitch on Decembe I asked for a quote on approx November 28 To add items to the truck remote start , fifth wheel hitch I never received a quote on the hitch on December 14 I gave my credit card info to him for the remote start ( finally a quote ) it never was installed when I picked the truck up on December 18 Excuse after excuse Then I was given one key fob I was pulling out of the parking lot the sales person shook my hand and stated ( we have lost or miss placed your second key fob if I can’t find it I will personally send you a second one ) we shook hands Surprise I never received the second key fob Today is January 24 More
