Took a new $53K GMC truck back at 9 months old for bad drivers seat, failed to fix, back again at 12 months old failed to fix again, went again at 16 months old they want $695 to repair because it's now out of warranty. Service manager promised to call me in a week after checking with GMC instead he called after 5 weeks only after I complained to GMC. I had to find out about the proposed charge from GMC customer care as the dealership didn't tell me. Other than the drivers seat moving and clicking I really like the truck but the service and communication are unacceptable. I was heading back this fall to look at the new ones coming out but no way now.
