I've worked with Paul Sonnhalter a couple of times now on various maintenance items on my 2004 4Runner. I worked with Jennifer Correa on getting inspections and new brake pads for my Tacoma. As it turns out, the brakes were very rusty and took a lot of extra work, but Jennifer would not let them upcharge me new brake pads for my Tacoma. She took care of me from beginning to end, and I wound up with a great price for all of the work they did. I was nervous about taking it to a dealership for service because I expected inflated prices, but they were very fair and I was extremely pleased. Jennifer was extremely nice and helpful all the way through. I'd recommend the this service facility to anyone, especially if Jennifer takes care of you. More

We needed a snow related repair done to our 2008 Toyota Camry as damage occured as a result of an unplowed road after a big snow storm in the area. My husband and I were just arriving at his brother's home (in Alexandria, VA) for a Christmas visit with plans to later drive to New Jersey and CT for more Holiday visiting. It was imperative that we get the damage done to the underside of our car done as soon as possible. We located Jack Taylor's Alexandria Toyota dealership via our GPS on Sunday night when damage occured. We arrived at Jack Taylor's first thing Monday morning when the service department opened and were promptly greeted by Paul Sonnhalter. Paul had our car fixed before we finished breakfast at an adjacent restaurant. While we had anticipated a long wait and large bill, we were plesantly pleased to not receive either; just great customer service. What seemed like such an inconvience at the time turned out to be a pleasant experience in that we found there are still kind and helpful people that enjoy their jobs.
