A very difficult voltage drop electrical issue to locate and remedy. Done through the process of elimination. Expensive but in the course of the service the car was fully serviced for the first time in se and remedy. Done through the process of elimination. Giving more attention to the history given by the customer would have been helpful and shortened the process but I guess the service department has their own way of servicing the vehicles. Good communication with the service underwriter and the parts manager. The certified Ferrari mechanic Adam is very qualified and capable and in the end located and corrected the voltage drop that very few mechanics would have had the patience and perseverance to see through to the end. I will definitely send the car back to them for additional servicing in the future as I have full confidence in them now to service the car. A happy ending. Hugh More
