Peggy did not communicate with me during my most recent visit. However, when I spoke to Alfa care they told me that they spoke to her. I was less than happy because I should’ve been contacted by the dealer visit. However, when I spoke to Alfa care they told me that they spoke to her. When I went the next day to get my car she did not engage and did not provide the service that I have been accustomed to from her. She was not very nice this time around like she normally is and that was very disappointing. I will not be going back there because of how they made me feel. More

Came in for an oil change. Very friendly at introduction. Very knowledgeable and honest about my vehicle needing new tires. The oil change was about an hour wait which is fine Very friendly at introduction. Very knowledgeable and honest about my vehicle needing new tires.
