I had a very poor experience with Alfa of Glendale. They kept my car for over a month just for diagnostics, with little to no updates during that time. After repeatedly calling for answers, they tol They kept my car for over a month just for diagnostics, with little to no updates during that time. After repeatedly calling for answers, they told me they still couldn’t identify the exact issue, even after charging around $350–$385 for diagnostics. On top of that, they said I would still have to pay that amount regardless of the outcome. Then they suggested that if I wanted a more in-depth diagnosis, it would cost an additional $900—just to figure out what’s wrong. Overall, the communication, transparency, and pricing felt unreasonable. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. More

Jesus took the time to not only assist us with paperwork, but he took the initiative to explain all of the features and how to maximize the usage of a charge! He explained every detail imaginable and useful for operations and regular management of the vehicle! He is a walking “User Guide”! And when i could not properly navigate several additional apps for ongoing charging needs, he walked me through locations access throughout SoCal without rushing me off the phone.
