Kyle Shanley showed us different cars multiple times and was incredibly patient and courteous each visit. When it came down to purchasing the car, I was concerned that I would need to spend hours there haggling price just like previous experiences I have had at other car dealerships. However to my pleasant surprise my experience was the exact opposite. I came in with my best offer for the car, and Kyle Shanley and Hector Yorba countered with a LOWER offer due to my wife's families military service. Yes, they sold me the car for less than what I offered which is something I haven't encountered before and speaks to the level of customer service offered at this dealership and their respect for the military. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alfa Romeo of San Diego to a friend or family member. Ten stars all the way!!! More

The service I received was beyond excellent I had a problem with my Guilia on the weekend. I was able to talk to a Sale rep named Ryan who assisted me. I brought my car in and received a loane I had a problem with my Guilia on the weekend. I was able to talk to a Sale rep named Ryan who assisted me. I brought my car in and received a loaner for the weekend. Ray, the sale manager, allowed the use of a loaner for the eekend. Servie, particularly Joel, expedited my repair and serve to Monday. I was able to have my car back on Monday assisted me with the loaner which is something beyond. This is the best dealership, sale and service, that I have ever dealt with. I have recommended this dealership to my neighbor and a couple of friends and they have reported the same. More

Great service and great offer on the 2019 Giulia I just leased a 2019 Giulia this past weekend from Alfa Romeo of SD. First of all Ryan (Satterfield), the sales person, had been following on the spec I just leased a 2019 Giulia this past weekend from Alfa Romeo of SD. First of all Ryan (Satterfield), the sales person, had been following on the specific model I was looking for, and for the specific I was looking for, for the past several weeks. When he called me, he had exactly what I was looking for. I discussed all the details as well as Hector Yorba the sale manager and buttoned everything up before I showed up in person. When I got to the dealership within a couple of hours of his call and they were both very friendly and nice, offered me a great deal, and the whole thing took less than an hour to sign and wrap up. I have been leasing cars for some time now, from different brands and dealerships, and this one has been by far my best experience. Great people to work with, great deals, and great products! More

Great Experience! I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Alfa Romeo of San Diego. They are a moderately sized dealership an I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Alfa Romeo of San Diego. They are a moderately sized dealership and so were able to provide a personalized experience that did not have the “corporate” feel of a super large dealership that is prevalent in Southern California. However, they were able to meet the price of any San Diego or Los Angles area dealership. They were very straightforward and transparent about the financial end of the purchase. My Sales Associate was Hector Yorba who introduced me to Ray, the General Manager who was also helpful during the sale. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Joel Golliday and the technician, Kobe, who specialized in my particular model. Kobe was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my technical questions. All in all among the best, most problem free, new car purchases I have made in my entire life and I am well into my sixth decade. More
