He admitted "I don't know" and went and found the answer), and even encouraged me to go evaluate and drive competitor's trucks that I had long been considering. He was confident that he had the best product and that I'd be back. Also a big shout out to Candy in the paperwork office, and to Jimmie in the parts department for accessories for my new truck. They obviously love helping folks out and taking care of the customer. The personal service and attention to detail from the whole team started the moment of first contact has been outstanding ever since. Honesty, pleasantness, and integrity in certain sections of business (car dealers especially) are rare and it was great to see it all practiced here at this dealership. Great place, good experience I chose my vehicle on-line, called and talked to Chris, and he and Mike Sinclair had the vehicle ready to test drive when I got there.
