I brought my vehicle in for a 36,000 mile service. Shortly after, I noticed the engine coolant level was below the minimum, despite fluids being inspected as part of the multipoint inspection. When I followed up with the dealership regarding this and a Michelin tire warranty question, the communication was unprofessional and dismissive, including responses sent entirely in all caps. Rather than addressing the concerns clearly, I was told to come back in for a “diagnosis” and given little flexibility or courtesy, despite this being immediately after a paid service. Due to the lack of professionalism, unclear process, and poor follow-up communication, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Basic service is one thing, but how customers are treated afterward matters just as much and this experience fell well short of expectations. More

While initial impressions were positive, service was ultimately slow, and salesperson Eddie made a false statement that was a factor in a car lease. I called in post purchase to clarify certain statements made, and all I received from Eddie was condescension, ambiguity, and franky more lies. Unfortunately what I thought was an honest team is in reality just the same as any other seemingly dishonest car dealership. A shame More
