All star is out to take you for everything they can and have 0 morals have never seen anything quite this bad and I’m personally in the car business and I get car dealers in general aren’t the greatest. But these people take the cake by far. More

First all after we signed papers for the car in August we didn't get the car it still Needed work infect it needed a new engine. Went to get a sticker and it failed so yet again they had our vehicle for another 3 weeks with more excuses why they had it so long example need to bring it back to GMC to make sure all is right...sure let's just say there machanics are LAZY! Then after we got it to pass inspection beginning of October all the lights came back on, I contacted and got no reply back mind you this is under there supposed extended warranty. How ever everytime I left a message the lights in the car would go away and they do have control of the car because if you miss payment they can shut the car off till you pay. (Sounds illegal to me and strange) Finally the car died and we had it towed. now they don't want to fix it under the warranty instead they are blaming us for not getting an oil change yet we did it has oil in the car we checked as we were stuck. So they clam the "sensors" in the car went off because of no oil change. I smell xx. Not to mention the rude way he spoke to me a woman very disrespectful and will be reporting that. We now no longer have a car they refuse to call us and threaten to keep the car. I have been out of work due to all this time they are keeping the car. got the car back and sure enough it died on our way from bringing back home. Looked at the paper work they didn’t do the oil change they had Jiffy lube do it probably because there illegal people can’t fix xxxx. According to Jiffy lube it needs a transmission, and radiator, plus more the list goes on from them. These people didn’t fix xxxx and again out of a car and work. Horrible people! Now to report them and press discrimination charges . Don't go near them haven't had the car but maybe 4 months and issues! Do what I did I have claims to attorney general and BBB because they claim they are A- rating. More

My experience Well this company a year ago in march tried to sell me a car without a title. Oh now that i cant afford this car i wanted to give it back i look at the paper from the this dealership and i see that i was paying for a car that i didnt even have for the first two weeks of the loan. The first car they tried to sell me was a 2009 ford focus (without title).i had to suffer without a car for almost a month and now i find out that im paying for those weeks that i didnt even have a car. This is the worst experience ever but they all are laughing about.i know this for a fact. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever We just purchased our 3rd car from All Star Auto. The first one was in December of 2011. We purchased our next vehicle 4 months ago and the 3rd about 2 weeks ago. Our experience with EVERYONE at All Star has always been first class. They are sincere , honest and they have always done the right thing for us I travel all over the country and deal with a lot of people always in a business setting. All Stat rates right at the top of the list with any company , group or person to person. Now some of our family members are asking where they can get a good deal on a car, because they see how well we have done. More

Run from this SCAM The manager of the place tried to work out a deal for me. I have bad credit, so I knew that I would be paying extra for that, but here is the "deal" The manager of the place tried to work out a deal for me. I have bad credit, so I knew that I would be paying extra for that, but here is the "deal" he offered: I was very interested in a $5000 vehicle. The manager told me only one bank would work with me. I would be leasing (that's correct, LEASING and not BUYING) the car at $80 a week for 36 months. If you do the math that is $11,520. (Actually, more because there are some months that will have 5 weeks instead of 4.) At the end of that 36 months, I would have the option to BUY the car for a little over $400. So now we are talking over $12,000 for a $5000 vehicle!!!! I was willing to pay high interest, knowing my credit is poor. But that type of offer is almost a crime. I feel so badly for people who are desperate and don't know enough to walk away. More
