Jose Hernandez was incredible. Communicated with me every step of the way. Friendly and helpful. very respectful. Chris, in finance, was very nice. The only drawback for the entire experience was how long it took. I arrived at noon, spoke with Jose and did a test drive. Jose even filled the gas tank on the test drive! we got back by 12:45 and I didn't leave to go home until close to 3:00. I don't know why the paperwork took so long since I wrote a check for the vehicle. All in all, a good experience - beautiful and clean showroom, well stocked rest room. Note the music is way too loud in the show room. More

Service Dept not up to par! !! Brought my car in to be serviced and they messed it up!!! Then they misdiagnosed my car instead of trying to fix the problem they blamed it on the !! Needless to say I took my car to another dealership where my car was fixed and my components weren't replaced!!! I will never take my car back there ever again!!!!!!! More
