Nothing but lies Horrible dealer . I was buying a car online from NJ made the deal . Filled out credit app was approved now waiting on papers over nighted to NJ . Horrible dealer . They called me the next day and said “ they don’t do business out of state “ . I come to find out a walk in customer came into the dealer for the same car and offered more money. So not only do I have inquiry’s on my credit I wasted two days going back and fourth to be lied to . Called the owner all day would not return my calls . Manager “Chris” was completely nasty and not to mention a horrible liar . Stay away plenty of ford dealers around . Not to mention when I was on the phone with the saleswoman she was speaking to the finance manager and I could hear him say . “ what the xxxx does this guy want I’ve wasted enough time this morning on this xxxxing deal , tell him this isn’t xxxxing Burger King it’s not have it your way . If Bryan tells me to fed ex the papers I will I don’t care who buys the xxxxing truck “ this is how a ford dealer does business ?? Not to mention the deal was done the night before with bank approval .I also spoke to Wells Fargo who approved the loan and they had absolutely no clue what the dealer is talking about they do tons of out of state sales .. Bryan Nokes you hide behind your employees that you make lie for you is sad ... shoulda just been honest and said you were offered more money ... More

Great Experience With Allstarford in Antioch I recently bought a Ford Transit from Allstarford and it was an amazing experience. My wife and I were looking around the dealership and was met by t I recently bought a Ford Transit from Allstarford and it was an amazing experience. My wife and I were looking around the dealership and was met by the floor manager who was very pleasant and helpful about questions we asked about the Ford Transit. He introduced us to the Commercial Fleet Manager Marshall and within 10 mins or so finished our negotiations for the pricing for our new vehicle. We got what we wanted to pay for the vehicle and the whole process was quick and painless. I don't normally like going into dealerships but I would most definitely go back to Allstarford in the future Thanks Marshall for a great experience More

Awesome Sales Staff I always get my oil changes there. I went in for an oil change yesterday, August 18th, and even though I had an appointment, it was a 2 plus hour wa I always get my oil changes there. I went in for an oil change yesterday, August 18th, and even though I had an appointment, it was a 2 plus hour wait. So I wandered around looking at new cars. Got approached by a sales person and was straight up about my financial situation, down payment, etc. I ended up leaving with a brand new Escape. Our sales person, Moh Ibrahimi, never gave up. For a while, it didn't seem like it was going to work. My husband and I even went back to the service side to talk about doing some other stuff to the car, and Moh found us. Him and his manager made it happen and we couldn't be more pleased. With my husband having a bad back from previous accidents, it's so much easier for him to get in and out of the car now. I didn't buy my first Ford from them, but I'm glad I got this one. We got a great deal and Moh went above and beyond. Yes, I get it, sales people get commissions, but he still helped us regardless and for that, I'm grateful. More

Bad Service Department I took my 07' F-150 in for an AC problem back in May of 2016. They said it was a leaking schrader valve.Kept it for 3 weeks. Paid $312 to have it repl I took my 07' F-150 in for an AC problem back in May of 2016. They said it was a leaking schrader valve.Kept it for 3 weeks. Paid $312 to have it replaced. 2 years later the same problem occurs, supposedly under warranty. They tell me that they found no history of it being done. After going ballistic on the service manager Chris they fixed it for a "discounted rate"after again keeping it for 3 weeks. 2 months later, no Freon in the lines, again!!! I take it in, service clerk Tim tells me he see's that we've done schrader valve's twice, wait, so they did do them twice and charged me twice? Now they are telling me it's 2 hoses that are leaking and costing $975 dollars to fix. Seems to me that 3 weeks each time is because they couldn't find the actual problem which was more than likely the hoses the whole time and now I have to pay more money for their mis-diagnostics. In between all this a condenser was also changed which happened to be under warranty, the one time I got lucky. I honestly feel as if they could never find the problem in the first place and were just guessing every time. I bought my wife's 2014 Explorer there, serviced every Ford I've ever owned there, take all 17 of my companies vehicle's there...NO MORE I am done with this dealership and it's un-qualified technicians, shady service manager and crook of a department as a whole, I will drive 25 miles into Brentwood to Bill Brandt Ford and do my business there. More
