My experience at Honda of Abilene was a great one! Joe Gesting came to greet me the second I walked on the lot. I had my eye on a 2007 Toyota Camry, so Joe took me out for a test drive. The sales process went wonderfully, and Joe called several time throughout the next couple of weeks to check up on me and the car. I'm a hairstylist, so I see all kinds of people throughout the day, and understand the importance of great customer service, which is exactly what I recieved from Joe. I have already, and will continue in the future, to recommend Honda of Abilene and Joe Gesting to friends and acquaintances in the market for a new or used car. More

I went to Honda of Abilene with the intent to purchase a new vehicle. Having never done this on my own before, I was rather aprehensive. Joe Gesting was the salesman that assisted me in this process and he new vehicle. Having never done this on my own before, I was rather aprehensive. Joe was fun and informative and able to move the process right along so I was able to drive off the lot with my new car that same afternoon. I was also very impressed with the way he introduced me to the service department manager and that he went ahead and set up the date for my first oil change. Joe has also made several follow up calls to me to find out if I have had any questions or problems. I reassured him that I love my new car. In all the years that my husband and I have purchased cars, I have never had anyone call us after the purchase was completed. I am very impressed with Joe and the Honda dealership here in Abilene.
