All Star Honda Abilene

The repairs were great, but communication was poor. I had to call several times over two weeks and was told twice that a tow truck would be sent, never came. I finally just had to call a tow truck and I had to call several times over two weeks and was told twice that a tow truck would be sent, never came. I finally just had to call a tow truck and have them drop it off and the service department didn't have any record of our calls. Then when I went to pick it up, they had not done the airbags. Also, when I got my car back their was a vape pen in my backseat that my kids found! I also found 2 plastic containers that once had jello shots in them. I don't care what people do and no judgement, but not in my car for my kids to find. I also need more work done and gave me estimate, but it wasn't in my paperwork. I've called and left a message to get the paperwork and set up a time to get the rest of the work done. No calls back, again. So, 4 stars are for the actual work done - it was done well. More
