He built rapport and trust quickly as he worked hard with his crew (about an hour past closing time) so I could drive away happy and excited with my new Hybrid Tucson. I’m a professional female that has bought 5 new cars thus far in my life, and this team was the first to show respect and care while working with me so we could make a deal without high pressure tactics or ridiculous waste of time stalling antics. A huge thank you to Jay, Dante and the entire caring crew in the finance and service departments! We were able to make a deal that honored their online advertised specials and completed the entire car buying process in about 2 hours…it was pretty amazing!
