Rezaul and Richard were very pleasant to work with. I emailed Rezaul to inquire about the Ioniq 6 in advance. Got most of my questions answered prior to coming to the dealership. After Richard gave I emailed Rezaul to inquire about the Ioniq 6 in advance. Got most of my questions answered prior to coming to the dealership. After Richard gave me a test drive we started to discuss the prices. We didn't agree on the price. I left. Richard emailed me the next day with the price that I am comfortable with. Came back and finalized the paperwork with Rezaul. No up sale from Rezaul. The financial transaction went pretty smoothly. This was one of the pleasant car purchase that I have ever had.
