Our salesman Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helping us to reach a decision on our vehicle choice. Little did we know he was deceiving us on the vehicle options. We are glad we came in as this was the best purchase experience in our many years of buying vehicles. This was solely due to Rezaul not pushing himself or pressuring us to purchase. He met us on the lot and talked to us in a calm manner, answering all of our many questions. Although we had done our research and this was our first experience with an all-electric vehicle, Rezaul filled in the gaps. It did not take us long to make a decision as we trusted Rezaul. As we found out that there are additional resources that come with an all-electric vehicle, Rezaul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that these were set up before we left. Post-sale, Rezaul has also been attentive to any additional issues and questions by immediately responding to our communications.
