This is my second time having a issue with my truck getting a diagnostic to determine the check engine lite issue. I dropped of my truck Friday for a 10am appointment. I was told I'd be called with a update no later than Saturday. Of course I didnt receive that call. Unfortunately, today is monday and my service agent is out of the office today. I did talk to the service department and was told my truck was in the bay being checked. I decided to drive by the dealer to get a update in person. Again like before my truck hadn't even been looked at and it's been here 4 days. Again this is my work truck so I'm loosing money while they store my truck in the back of the service lot. All I get is I understand and they don't know why it hasn't been looked at. This doesn't makeup for the lost revenue from the ball being dropped again.. More

I received and email to schedule auto service within 30 days, I called and set it up 1st trying on line which the date were full for a month with advi I received and email to schedule auto service within 30 days, I called and set it up 1st trying on line which the date were full for a month with adviser Scott so I called in and got an appointment for Oct. 30th 11am. when I arrived I went into the Quick Service Center, when she looked me up I was told I did not have and appointment but they will fit me in. I had my Oil changed and tires rotated regular check and was called with in an hour. I was very pleased. More
