That was a breath of fresh air as other dealers in the area kept giving me payment numbers much higher than I could afford. They did not listen and "did not get my business"! Our recent experience at Allen GMC was by far the BEST and EASIEST car purchase we have ever made. From the moment we first called the dealership about a previously owned vehicle which we found on the Int and EASIEST car purchase we have ever made. From the moment we first called the dealership about a previously owned vehicle which we found on the Internet to the minute we drove off the lot with our beautiful new car, we were EXTREMELY pleased with the service we received. Because we lived over an hour away and were interested in a specific vehicle on their lot, Bill negotiated the whole deal with us over the phone, even promising us that if the car wasn't exactly as he said and we didn't want it that they would fill up our tank with gas for the trouble. (Apparently he has made this promise before and hasn't had to fill up a tank yet!) Bill met us immediately upon our arrival and led us straight to the car which was just as perfect as he had described. After a quick test drive, we were sold. They gave us the car for the exact price we had agreed upon (no further haggling at all) and even found us a better loan rate than our credit union had offered us. The whole experience from start to finish at the dealership was just under two hours! That has to be a new record! Overall we were extremely impressed with the quality of service at Allen GMC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. Near or far, it's worth the drive. You won't be disappointed. We are already planning on going back to purchase our next car in a few years! More
