I purchased a brand new truck 3 weeks ago and it is now being worked on for the 3rd time regarding a BCM issue. As of today 4-23-26 they still do not have an answer. Updates/communication hasn’t been great being worked on for the 3rd time regarding a BCM issue. As of today 4-23-26 they still do not have an answer. Updates/communication hasn’t been great, hope this gets resolved very soon. Last thing I was told was “we have to wait for the GMC engineer technician to come and look at it”, but really don’t know when that will be. Surely someone has enough authority to get the ball rolling on this. Hope this truck isn’t a Lemon.. I’m not one to leave bad reviews and I really hope this gets replaced and addressed appropriately, but so far this experience hasn’t gone very well for me. More

The seller guy was very kind and helpful at all the time. He was very attentive and patient. However the process with all documentation wasn’t what I was expecting. I have received my license plate directly He was very attentive and patient. However the process with all documentation wasn’t what I was expecting. I have received my license plate directly to my home in all my prior car purchases but this time they just sent me an email that I have to go to the commissioner and pay for my plate to get it. They send me the email on Thursday noon and the office doesn’t work on Saturday and the provisional plate expires on Sunday. Monday is holiday so I can’t drive my because the provisional plate expired when I got time to go. This is unacceptable in my opinion. So I recommend to be alert on this as the fee that they don’t pay for your plate (usually all dealership pay for that). I replied the email I received with that information and they never answered it. I just received a call to my voice massage without any resolution on this. I would recommend to the dealership keep an eye on this and I’m pretty sure you guys can do better. Thank you More
