I inquired about an oil change and tire rotation on short notice on a Saturday...not only were they professional and courteous, they exceeded my expectations and had me in and out in about 40 minutes!! Brought my 2017 Camaro with less than 17,000 miles to Lynch Chevrolet for the second time because of a vibration in the drivetrain. Was told at my first visit that GM is having issues with torque convert Lynch Chevrolet for the second time because of a vibration in the drivetrain. Was told at my first visit that GM is having issues with torque converter‘s in a wide range of my makes and models and that Lynch has seen this problem multiple times. At that time Lynch change the transmission oil and filter and said this may fix it. Obviously it did not. At my second visit I was told the service department could not re-create the issue with the drivetrain so nothing was done. Now have brought it back for a third time. Took the service manager for a ride to demonstrate the issue which i did. He told me they would replace The torque converter. Received a call from Lynch Chevrolet today stating that they determined my issue was not severe enough to warrant a new torque converter so they just change oil and filter again. This did not fix the problem the first time and I’m sure it will not work this time. I feel my car needs to be repaired and repaired correctly and timely More

I have a older Buick that is difficult to find parts for, came to Lynch for a fuel leak and the hose was not available, but the technician was able to make a new one from metal for me. So grateful they were came to Lynch for a fuel leak and the hose was not available, but the technician was able to make a new one from metal for me. So grateful they were able to fix my car.
